Leslie & Co, Surgical Instrument Makers, St. Louis." Kit includes 4 amputation knives of various sizes, a bone saw, metacarpal saw, tenaculum, bone brush, trephine, and other instruments, most stamped for Leslie & Co. 

Sources seem to disagree on the years during which A.M. Leslie & Co. was operational, with some reporting a range of 1856-1891 and others 1865-1885.
