An early poster created for a mass rally calling for Huey Newton's release from prison. The poster states, "'Exhausting All Legal Means,' Federal Judge Alfonso J. Zirpoli has set May 1st for a hearing to make the Reagan-Alioto power structure show why it will not release the Minister of Defense, Huey P Newton on bail, which Huey has a right to, while pending his appeal."
