4pp., folio, 18 x 20 in. Disbound (fully separated at central fold, chipping, creasing, tearing to edges and corners including some tears partially repaired with adhesive, some loss at edges, toning and occasional spotting). Original owner identified in the upper margin in brown iron gall ink.

Page 3, column 2 features the prominent headlines, "Inaugural Address of the President of the United States, Fourth of March," accompanied by a printing of Andrew Jackson's second inaugural address. The issue also contains coverage of Jackson's inauguration ceremony.
