82 printed "Indian Chewing Gum" cards, 2 3/8 x 2 7/8 in. Boston, MA: Goudey Gum Co. The subjects are identified on the front and back of each card (most in good condition, some toning and light soiling, many with edge and corner wear, creasing). Subjects include Geronimo, Black Hawk, Red Tomahawk, American Horse, Kit Carson, "Mad Anthony" Wayne, Tecumseh, William Penn, Spotted Tail, Captain Fremont, Davy Crockett, and Sitting Bull.
[With:] 40+ real photo postcards of Native American subjects housed in envelope attributing the images to Christianson of Cass Lake, MN. Subjects include John Smith, age 129 (2 RPPCs). -- Man-Gee-Anne-Doug. -- Old Indian Trading Post. -- Indians Curing Corn. -- 3 Caucasian men working at a mess hall at Cass Lake. -- Indian Wigwam. -- Indian Pow-Wow. -- Indian Burial Ground. -- Indians making maple syrup and digging potatoes. -- Jane Many Penny making sweet grass baskets, Indian Craft Shop. -- Chief Blue Eye.
