Lot Description
An Uncommon Pete Rose / Eric Show Dual Signed Autograph 4,192 Sept. 11, 1985 Postmarked Cachet,
On Sept. 11, 1985 before a packed Riverfront Stadium in Cincinnati, Pete Rose lined a single to left-center off San Diego Padres pitcher Eric Show to become baseball's all-time hit king with 4,192 career hits. This dated cachet commemorates that historic event and is signed by both. Show's death in 1994 has made dual signed pieces from this event increasingly uncommon.
