Lot Description
[TRANSPORTATION - RAILROAD]. Rhode Island Locomotive Works presentation walking stick with
18K gold knob. 

Black wood shaft, 34 in. ln., 1 1/4 in. metal ferrule, 18K (marked) gold knob (one small compression on knob). Engraved knob reads: "Presented to BENJ. LEWIS By his Friends of the R.I. Loco Works Feb 12th 1883."

Rhode Island Locomotive Works was in business in Providence, RI, from 1865 until its merger with seven other locomotive companies in 1901 to form American Locomotive Works.
