2 photographs, each 7 1/4 x 4 1/4 in. (sight), matted and framed together with descriptive plaque, 16 x 18 1/2 in. Versos with imprint of S.D. Butcher, Custer Co., West Union, NE, series title "Views of Pine Ridge, SD. Photographed during the late Indian war January 1891," and image title.
Titles include: Drying Meat. -- Omaha Dance, which shows Two Strike, Left Hand, Fire Thunder, Two Bulls, Two Strikes' Son, Yellow Boy, Short Bull, Kicking Bear, Turning Bear, White Face (toning, some fading to print).
