[CIVIL WAR]. A group of 5 smoking-related items, comprising: 

Lidded snuff box. N.p.: C. Parker, patented 24 January 1860. Approx. 3 1/4 x 2 1/8 in. tin box (some loss to decoration, minor tarnish). Lid features a seated general or officer at rest. With cloth bag.

[With:] The Ridgewood Patent Pipe & Tobacco Case. New York: Ridgewood Mfg. Co., patented 20 May 1862. Approx. 4 x 5 3/4 in. leather and metal tobacco pouch and pipe case (minor wear to leather, partial separation from metal, some tarnish to metal). With manufacturer's label to interior.

[With:] Leather pipe and tobacco pouch. N.p., n.d. Approx. 4 x 5 3/4 in. leather and metal clasped tobacco pouch with pipe holder (some scuffing, slight tarnish to metal). With approx. 2 x 1 3/4 in. ceramic pipe bowl. 

[Also with:] Book-form cigar box. N.p., n.d. 6 1/4 x 4 3/4 in. pressed paper box (wear at extremities, loss at corner). Interior velvet lined with elastic to hold cigars. Book-style design with gilt American eagle to front board. 

[Also with:] Wood, metal, and horn pipe. N.p., n.d. Approx. overall 5 1/4 x 4 in. (minor surface scratches, wear at mouth piece). Mouthpiece separate threaded piece.
