Sixth plate daguerreotype portrait of a woman identified as "Sarah J. Ogden / Sister of Mrs F. V. P." (Heavy tarnishing around subject, clouding and spotting throughout image; original seals.) Housed in a leatherette case (wear to spine). Mat stamped with A.J. Beale's 156 Broadway address. -- Ninth plate ambrotype portrait of a lovely young woman wearing an off-the-shoulder dress and what appears to be a locket necklace. (Crisp image; unsealed.) Housed in a Union case (soiling, nicking/chipping, non-functioning closure). -- And 4 others, including 2 sixth plate daguerreotypes, one sixth plate ambrotype, and one sixth plate milk glass portrait. Conditions vary. -- Together, 6 cased images of young women.
