FIRST EDITION. The Moon is Hell! comprises two short stories, with the title story earning praise for its “brilliantly circumstantial narrative.”

[With]: CAMPBELL. The Mightiest Machine. Providence, RI: Hadley Publishing Company, 1947. 8vo. Original cloth; original dust jacket (some toning). Later edition. The Mightiest Machine was originally serialized in Astounding Stories in five parts from December 1934 to April 1935, and is credited with having introduced into popular culture the phrase later popularized in the Toy Story series, “…to infinity and beyond…” --  MCCLARY, Thomas Calvert. Three Thousand Years. Reading, PA: Fantasy Press, Inc., 1954. 8vo. Original cloth; publisher’s dust jacket (sunning to spine, rubbing). FIRST EDITION. Three Thousand Years was serialized by Astounding SF in 1938 and was later published in expanded form by Fantasy Press in a limited printing of 1,454 copies.
