Framed: 28 x 33 1/2 inches.
In overall fine and stable condition. Fine craquelure present throughout painted surface, with stretcher mark visible along lower edge of canvas. Horizontal scratching at lower left corner, affecting both frame and canvas, and the inpainting to this areas is visible under UV light examination. Other areas of fluorescence include to boy on right's left cheek/jaw, forehead, jacket sleeve, and hand; other boy's chin and wrist; and dog's chest, with other scattered areas to background. Canvas has been relined to linen support.
