Condition Report
In overall fine and stable condition. Appears to retain the original drawer pulls, though there is a visible history of a snipe having been set where the current post holes exist, suggesting perhaps a different method of securing the hardware.  Smooth drawer action. Retains an even, dark and crusty surface throughout, though areas of scattered chip losses and rubbing to the paint consistent with handling. Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. One of the lock mechanisms is retained, but the two others are lacking. Old, repaired age crack to the proper right panel of the upper case. Wire-head nails used to secure the dovetail joints of the drawer fronts where they meet the drawer box.
