A Queen Anne Carved Walnut Compass-Seat Side Chair
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Circa 1740-1760
A paper label affixed to rear seat rail is typed, "Property of Mrs. J. Amory Haskell," the underside of seat rail inscribed, "Amelia Foulke Custard, 1785/ Her daughter married Cross Spencer."
