4 naval rating badges stenciled on cloth, ranging in size from 4 x 2 1/2 in. to 4 x 3 3/4 in. (toning, some soiling, some fraying to edges). Includes badges for Master at Arms, Coxswains & Boatswains Mates, Signal Quartermaster & Quartermaster, and Machinist. -- 3 buttons, including USN enlisted men's button marked by Novelty Rubber Co., Goodyear's Patent, 1851, New York (surface wear), and pair of officer's gilt coat and cuff buttons, each marked by Scovill Mfg. Co. -- Leather covered club, approx. 17 in. long, with modern typed label furnished by Carroll J. Delery III identifying the object as a "sailor's club," possibly dating from the late 18th century, although this cannot be confirmed (surface wear, including separation to leather near bottom of club). -- Pair of binoculars produced by Joseph Rodenstock, Berlin, ca early 20th century (surface wear).
