[ENGLAND]. A group of 2 English indentures, comprising:

Manuscript indenture whereby John Christian, of Swaffham, England, County of Norfolk, Clerk and Fellow of St. Peter's College in the University of Cambridge, conveys to William Bradfield land totaling 162 acres. 10 October 1778. 33 x 25 1/2 in. (sight), framed to 43 x 33 in. (creasing at folds, toning, unexamined outside frame). With Christian's seal at the bottom of the document.

[With:] Deed conveying the western part of a cottage and garden from James Fry to Richard Wason, Jr. 19 March 1690. 29 3/4 x 23 in. (sight), framed to 43 x 33 in. (creasing at folds, toning, unexamined outside frame). With wax pendant seal at base of document.
