CDV of an unidentified Plateau Indian and possible interpreter. The Plateau Indian wears a classic Crow otter fur bow case and quiver. Photographer unknown (toning, soiling, edges trimmed). -- CDV after tintype or ambrotype of a Native American male subject standing beside a white male subject, with period inscription on verso, "Little Drum or John, Chief Winnebago Indians and Yours truly, Walter Steward." Photographer unknown (some toning). -- CDV of "Mopase," likely Ute/Paiute. Salt Lake City, UT: C.W. Carter (some toning).
