** 1915-Date Carl Gustafs Model 1896 Swedish Mauser

6.5x55mm Swedish. 29" barrel length. SN: 343768. Blued metal finish. Walnut stock has a plain straight grip, forearm with grasping grooves, and handguard. Bolt action rifle with adjustable tangent notch rear sight and bayonet lug blade front sight. Item features an internal box magazine, front sight shroud, and double sling swivels. Markings are all white and include matching serial numbers to parts overall and a 1915 date to receiver. Stock has a bore disc and trajectory decal both to right side of butt. Included with item is a brown leather sling.

Condition Report

Very good. Bore is bright. Finish has some scattered light scratches and sprinkled pitting overall. Wood stock also shows light scratches and mars scattered overall.
