Lot Description
**3rd Generation Colt Single Action Army .45 Colt Revolver
.45 Long Colt. 7.5" barrel length. SN: 67569SA. Blued metal finish with casehardened frame, polished hammer flanks, and black synthetic Colt Eagle grips. Single-action loading gate revolver featuring the kidney shaped ejector rod plunger and six-shot cylinder on a smokeless frame. Sights consist of a front blade and topstrap notch. The revolver shows standard make and model markings including the two-line patent and {Rampant Colt} to the left frame, VP monogram proof on the triggerguard, and COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .45 model and caliber marking on the left barrel. The top of the barrel is struck COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CT. U.S.A. Further markings include a {Rampant Colt} struck into the rear face of the cylinder, and matching serial numbers on the frame, cylinder, and both gripstraps. The assembly number on the loading gate reads 823.

Condition Report
Very Good Plus. Bore is Dirty with firing residues that should clean to Very Bright or better. Metal finish shows some light muzzle wear along with some radial scratches on the cylinder and a light drag line. Grips retain fine details. Action exhibits good timing.
