McPherson & Oliver, Civil War CDV of Steamboat Natchez, Baton Rouge, Louisiana

CDV featuring the steamboat Natchez stopped at a supply point in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, greeted by a large crowd of men, horses, and wagons ready to pick up and haul their supplies; credited to McPherson & Oliver, Baton Rouge, LA and inscribed "Steamboat Natchez / 1863," on verso. The full name "Natchez" is visible on the outside of the pilot house, and the partial name "chez" is visible along the starboard side.

This lot is located in Cincinnati.
