Receiver with Amberg arsenal mark, Imperial German proofs, standard MOD 71 marking and 1877 production date. Mostly matching numbers, with the middle and upper bands mismatched, as well as the buttplate and its screws. Bolt, cocking piece, safety, bolt face, receiver, barrel, rear sight, lower band and most screws do match. Buttplate with Bavarian unit marking B/2AF/10.26. Retains ladder rear sight, front sight, bayonet lug on upper band, sling swivels and a jag head cleaning rod. An incorrect pattern reproduction sling is included.
