A French Leather Cased Enameled Silver Toiletry Set
Maker's mark GBM, First Half 20th Century
comprising two pairs of scent jars, four covered jars, two brushes, mirror, shoe horn, comb, cigarette case and sewing kit, in a fitted purple-dyed leather valise with the monogram 'R.G.U' beneath handle.

Condition Report
Appearing in overall good condition. The leather case with minor surface scuffs and scratches in the leather. The interior of the case with scattered areas of discoloration. Tarnish to silver elements throughout and scattered surface scratches. The enamel in good condition throughout. The mirror with cloudiness to the edges of the silvering and one minute chip to the corner of the glass. Two of the small scent flasks with discolored residue to interior from use and cloudiness. The bristles of the brush are somewhat loose from the handle, but still usable. The sewing kit apparently lacking one element. Additional images are available upon request. Case opens and closely smoothly. With two keys.
