A French Neoclassical gilt bronze mantel clock depicting Diana of the Hunt, works by "Denisart à Paris," early 19th century
Diana depicted with hound, mounted on verde antico marble base, on gilt bronze bun feet.

Condition Report
the gilt bronze with some areas and spots of green and dark oxidation, mostly to top of base; the face with a small surface chip, and the minute hand slightly bent at tip; Diana's bow is detached- and only part of the whole piece is still present (in bag); a few knicks or subtle dents to Diana's crown; the back left-facing corner with repaired break to marble; the mechanism cover on reverse is missing; does not include pendulum or wining key; the legs are slightly loose; as with all mechanical objects, Freeman's | Hindman does not guarantee functionality of clocks
