Lot Description
A Corinthian Black-Figured Aryballos
Circa 6th Century B.C.
Height 2 1/4 inches (5 cm).

Toledo Museum of Art, Ohio, in 1948.

Condition Report
Intact. Overall surface wear with minor chips, scratches, paint loss, and crackling. A minor chip to the rim. Minor hairline surface crack on the body, not affecting the overall stability. Old adhesive on the underside that fluoresces under UV light. An old collection number on the base reading APP 7-30-48 in red ink. Overall fine, stable, and attractive condition.
