18 7/8 x 23 7/8 in. engraved broadside on wove paper laid to canvas (possible tear to lower right corner, some wrinkling).

A biographical campaign broadside with 3 columns of text outlining Harrison's political and military career especially during Tecumseh's War and the War of 1812. The top features an engraved portrait of General Harrison surrounded by foliate designs. The wide borders include eight engraved vignettes from his military career, including: "Battle of the Thames" with Harrison leading a charge with sword drawn on horseback, "Sortie at Fort Meigs," "General Harrison suppresses the Mutiny at Fort Defiance," "General Harrison pardons the Assassin" showing a Black figure kneeling before Harrison, "Harrison's Participation in Wayne's Victory," "Harrison obtains from the Indians a Cession of 51,000,000 acres of Land," "Council of Vincennes," and "Battle of Tippecanoe." Five smaller engraved devices with symbols of Harrison's life decorate the lower border. 

Although this broadside is without an imprint or copyright statement, variations of this broadside are known and published by Croome, Meignelle & Minot of Philadelphia and stereotyped by J. Fagan. The Library of Congress notes at least three different versions with variations in the order and number of vignettes and ornamentations (Library of Congress, PGA - Fagan--Life).
