Condition Report
In overall good and stable condition.  Appears to retain the original drawer pulls.  Retains a dark, rich surface and patina throughout, though there is some craquelure to the finish on the fronts of the cupboard doors.  Retains three keys, that function with the cupboards.  The gallery backsplash is presently not firmly attached, but the piece is accompanied by four screws that will secure it once arrived at its final destination.  Lacking keys for the drawers. Age crack through the top, from one side to the other, with associated veneer lifting on one side.  Few other areas of veneer lifting due to shrinkage.  few minor areas of veneer loss/patches.  Later adjustable pads added to the underside of each foot.

The physical condition of lots in our auctions can vary due to age, normal wear and tear, previous damage, and restoration/repair. All lots are sold "AS IS," in the condition they are in at the time of the auction, and we and the seller make no representation or warranty and assume no liability of any kind as to a lot's condition.
