Lot Description
Christian Dior by Marc Bohan Haute Couture Ensemble, Autumn/Winter 1965
Worn by Olivia de Havilland to the London movie premiere of the movie 'Lady in a Cage' (1964).

Ensemble consists of dress, jacket, hat and shoes all made of the same red stylized weave. The jacket has a fold down collar, long sleeves and a center front button closure. The sleeveless dress has straps and an off-center zip down the back. The rounded square hat comes to a point at the center and the shoes have a small, self-fabric bow at the toe.

Condition Report
Condition:
The overall condition is very good. The jacket has minor discoloration on each shoulder. The lining is in very good condition and the hip pockets have never been opened. The dress is in overall very good condition with some loose handstitching on the back zip, on each shoulder strap and on the inside top lining/right. The shoes are worn. The hat is in good condition.
