This lot includes fashion and fashion-related prints and two watercolor artworks.

Condition Report
Condition:

THE FIRST
The book is split in half along the spine and is in two pieces with the spine missing and the exterior cover very worn and crumbling at the the edges and corners. The pages are becoming brittle but are still mostly intact with worn and broken edges.

THE SECOND
Each of the fashion plates have been unbound, some cut down, yellowed with age, and brittle along the edges. One has some darkened spots throughout the plate.

THE THIRD
Each of the pages have been unbound with the previously bound edges torn, overall yellowed with age, and brittle and darkened along the edges.

THE FOURTH
Each of the framed fashion plates is in very good condition along with the frames with the exception of the smallest where the plate had brittle and broken edges prior to framing. Some yellowing has occurred to each by varying degrees. 

THE FIFTH
All of the fashion plates are unbound, cut down, yellowed with age, and brittle, with corners breaking. Many have the ‘Fig X’ over the figure erased or otherwise painted over, with varying degrees of damage on many prints.

THE SIXTH

THE SEVENTH
The embroidery design has had a large cut taken out of one corner with one edge darkening and an overall soiling throughout. 

THE EIGHTH
The watercolor has some damage noticeable around the hat the young girl is holding resulting in pigment loss. There is some slight yellowing and dark smudges but still mostly clear. The frame has two drilled holes at either end. 

Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
