As a Hindman Company, all Cowan’s Arms, Armor & Militaria auctions will now be hosted on the Digital Bid Room, a user-friendly platform allowing you to bid at auction from anywhere in the world.

Bidding is now easier than ever before on our online and mobile live-bidding platform. Within the Digital Bid Room experience, clients can livestream auctions and place bids from anywhere in the world. Download the Hindman app from the App Store or Google Play to begin mobile bidding now.
Website Experience
Bidding on the Cowan’s, a Hindman Company Digital Bid Room is optimized to run on Chrome and Firefox. Clients can also bid in our Digital Bid Room via our website on Safari.

What about Cowan’s bidding experience is changing?
As a Cowan’s client, you will now conduct all bidding at auction through Hindman’s Digital Bid Room app or website. All post-auction invoices will now originate from Hindman and will contain language referencing Cowan’s as a Hindman Company.
What is staying the same?
Our commitment to excellent client service and a seamless experience remains the same at Cowan’s. Integrating our bidding interface with Hindman’s Digital Bid Room will provide you with a simple and easy-to-use system for bidding at auction, like your previous experience on Cowan’s site.
How can I register to bid in an Arms, Armor & Militaria auction?
Go to the hindmanauctions.com home page and select “Sign In” in the top right-hand corner (should you not already have a Hindman Auctions account, follow the prompts to “Sign Up”).
- Enter your username and password.
- Upon successful login, select “Buy” tab at the top left-hand corner of the page and click “Auction Schedule”.
- Click the auction you wish to bid in.
- Click “Register to Bid.” If you are a first-time bidder, you may be prompted for additional information.
- Be sure all registration information is accurate/up to date, then select the two boxes to confirm you’ve read and understood our Conditions of Sale and verify that you are 18 years of age or older.
- Once submitted, you will receive an email notification confirming your registration approval, and you will be able to place bids on any lots in the auction.
