Bill of appraisement of the estate of George Edwards Decd. [Alabama?], 11 September 1835. 

4 pages, folio, 8 1/2 x 12 7/8 in., creasing, short marginal tears, toning, separation along old crease with repair. Undersigned by several individuals.

The appraisement lists the large livestock, land holdings, and personal property. Notably, it lists 21 named enslaved individuals with valuations: Squire ($50), Robert ($400), Aaron ($500), George ($700), Washington ($800), young Aaron ($900), young Robert ($800), James ($500), Alphred [sic] ($450), Troy ($400), Nelson ($300), Harriett ($450), Winny ($400), Lucricy ($300), Lucinda ($175), Jinny + her child Penelope ($350), and Wesley ($200).
