[SLAVERY & ABOLITION]. A group of 2 inventories listing enslaved individuals, comprising:

Inventory of the property of Gadi + Tobias Owen Minors. [Mississippi?], [1830s?]. 

1 page, 8vo, 7 1/2 x 6 3/8 in., toned, some short separations along old folds with closures to verso, uneven lower edge. Docketed to verso. 

The inventory lists James M. Owen as the guardian for two minors who enslave five named individuals: Sam, Priss, Ned, Mary, and Manual. 

[With:] An Inventory of the Property Belonging to the Estate of Lucy Erwin decd. [Alabama?], 14 April 1851. 

1 page, 4to, 8 x 12 1/2 in., creasing, split along old folds, some brown staining. Undersigned. Docketed to verso. Inventory lists "1 Negro Girl" alongside a mare, and other personal property.
