Loosely housed in a paper sleeve with inscribed date "Aug. 14th 1884." -- 2 1/4 x 3 5/8 in. tintype portrait of a young man wearing a cowboy hat, coat, western-style shirt, and what appear to be chaps. (Bending, and creasing to plate, with wear to edges and corners including clipping, few spots and abrasions to image surface.) Housed loosely in a paper sleeve with embossed border. -- Together, 2 tintypes of western dressed subjects.
