A group of over 120 RPPCs and photographs of Southern California incl. Los Angeles, Long Beach, and San Diego.

Approx. 98 real photo postcards, 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 in., or smaller, many unused, 1 stereoview, and over 25 silver gelatin photographs, 4 x 5 in., or smaller, capturing Southern California landscapes, landmarks, restaurants, hotels, homes, residents, tourists, piers, and other locales. Many of the scenes are identified in the negative. 

Highlighted titles/scenes include: Multiple beach scenes, incl. "Ready for Gents Swim, Oceanside, Calif." -- Multiple views of LaJolla, including the rocks and caves. -- Multiple views of Catalina Island. --Silver gelatin photograph of folks standing outside the Cantina Los Angeles Bar (not RPPC). -- Griffith Park Observatory. -- "'Masonic Cave' Volcano, Calif., Where the first Five Meeting were held, 1854." -- Bath House, Ocean Park. - -Japanese Quarters at Olympic Village, L.A. - A view of people "Going to the Country Church of Hollywood." -- Roosevelt Highway, Malibu Movie Colony. -- A view of a horse-drawn cart from the Annual Fiesta in Santa Barbara. -- RPPC of Luisa Vallejo Emparan, daughter of General Vallejo, which appears to be inscribed by the subject on the back, although the handwriting cannot be confirmed. -- Several RPPCs of downtown Los Angeles. -- Radio City, NBC Studios, Hollywood, CA. -- Rudolph Valentino's memorial in Hollywood. -- Chinatown on Broadway, Los Angeles. -- "Dividing Line's Street, Calle de la Linea Divisoria, Mexicali, B.C. Mex." -- Bing Crosby's home in Rancho Santa Fe, and other residences, many unidentified. -- Stereoview of Santa Monica Beach credited to F.H. Rogers & Co., Los Angeles, CA. 

Together, more than 120 images, mostly real photo postcards. Condition generally good to very good. Some with edge wear, toning, and album residue to verso.
