[CIVIL WAR]. Two sixteenth plate tintypes of Civil War NCO pards housed together in Union case.
Sixteenth plate tintype featuring a pair of infantry sergeants seated next to each other. (Great clarity.) -- Sixteenth plate tintype featuring another pair of sergeants seated next to each other, with arms interlocked. (Slightly dark.) -- Together, 2 tintype portraits housed together in a Scarce Union case with geometric design [Berg 3-486] (light chipping/nicking to case edges and raised surfaces, few cracks to interior edges, some sticking to closure). Both subjects in each image wear nine button frock coats.
