Double barrel side by side boxlock ejector shotgun with tang mounted roller safety. The forward triggerplate is engraved D.M. LEFEVER/SONS & CO/PAT'D/1902/NOT/CONNECTED WITH/LEFEVER ARMS/CO. The top of the right barrel is struck KRUPP with the left marked FLUID STEEL. Both barrels are marked on the underside near the flats with FLUIED STEEL KRUPP ESSEN. Serial number 1373 appears on the underside of the right barrel, on the watertables, forend iron, and on the interior triggerguard. Shotgun is engraved with a vignette of a {Duck rising from a pond} on the left frame and a {Pointer within a thicket}. A {Dog head} is engraved on the underside of the triggerguard with floral scroll flowing along the seams of the triggerplate and frame flanks. Horn tip to the forend has broken off and must be repaired. Stock mounts an unsigned silver oval plate and the interior forend has been hand engraved with the name of a previous owner.
