Single-action short recoil operated autoloading pistol based upon the Colt Model 1911A1 pattern pistol. The right side of the slide is marked with the {Seal of Argentina} followed by EJERCITO ARGENTINO/SIST. COLT CAL. 11.25 mm MOD. 1927. Left slide shows the manufacturer marking D.G.F.M.-(F.M.A.P.).  Underside of the triggerguard is import marked by C.A.I. The serial numbers match on the barrel, frame, and slide. Both stocks show Argentinian mold markings on the interior surfaces. Comes with no magazine.
