American Civil War

Leather covered grooved wooden grip with twelve wraps of twisted wire. Reverse ricasso with very weak Ames "scroll address", which is mostly obscured by pitting. Lap seamed scabbard in relic condition with no visible inspection marks on the drag, both suspension rings intact and with a partial Stuart saber hanger.
