Bolt action rifle with adjustable folding ladder notch rear sight and blade front sight. Item features an internal box magazine, triple sling swivels, gas release hole to right side, bayonet lug forend, swept back bolt, and smooth trapdoor buttplate void of contents. Markings include U.S./ROCK ISLAND/ARSENAL/MODEL 1903/337129 to receiver. Barrel is marked RIA/{flaming bomb}/7-18 to top, and C112/P to bottom. Bottom of stock is marked with small U.S. marks in front of floorplate, and a script style circle P proof behind trigger. Stock does not have an inspector mark to left side, possibly removed. Includes an M1907 brown leather sling.
