Lot of 4. Buffalo Bill Bids You Good Bye / The Wild West and Far East / A Life Story and Book of Brave Deeds. New York, NY and Cincinnati, OH: I.M. Southern & Co., 1910. 24pp, 7 x 10 in. Second variation, official farewell tour program for the combined performance of Buffalo Bill’s Wild West and Pawnee Bill’s Great Far East. In 1910, Buffalo Bill joined forces with Major G.W. "Pawnee Bill" Lillie, who was tapped to carry on the enterprise in Cody's stead. 

Buffalo Bills Bids You Good Bye / A Life Story and Book of Brave Deeds / of the Wild West and Far East / “The Farewell Salute.” New York, NY and Cincinnati, OH: I.M. Southern & Co., 1911. 30 pp, 6.75 x 10 in. Second variation from late in the season of 1911.

The Pioneer Scouts / A Book of Border Life. Buffalo, NY: Courier Company. Program used in both the 1912 and 1913 seasons, with a tipped-in page to announce variable events. The joint venture between Buffalo Bill and Pawnee Bill went bankrupt during the season of 1913. 20pp, 7.25 x 9.5 in. 

“Let My Show Go On!” / The Buffalo Bill Wild West Show & Circus. 1917. 10pp, 7.25 x 9.5 in. After Cody’s death in 1917, his foster son, Johnny Baker, organized a new (though unsuccessful) iteration of the show. Illustrations and advertisements throughout, with full color advertisements inside and outside of rear cover.
