8vo. Illustrated with a political cartoon depicting Senator Benjamin Tillman and a personification of the Ku Klux Klan in their role in Black disenfranchisement. (Minor toning). Original wrappers.

FIRST EDITION pro-Republican pamphlet outlining how the party has supported African Americans and the current threat of disenfranchisement.
