Recto in the style of a broadside advertising Illinois land, verso with a letter printed in script, dated 10 January 1855 in type, and signed by Charles M. Dupuy, Jr. in type. It was folded and mailed to A. Wheeler of Cavendish, Windsor County, Vermont, with a January 31st postmark from Chicago. -- Mich. Southern & Nor. Indiana R.R. Express Freight Line Fall Rates on Eastern Bound Freight.
