[CIVIL WAR]. 3 tintype portraits of armed soldiers housed in figural Union cases.

Quarter plate full standing portrait of an infantryman holding his likely Pattern 1853 Enfield rifle musket upward with one arm and posing next to a table surmounted by a small hand-tinted floral arrangement. (Abundant surface scratches and imperfections; unsealed.) Housed in a Union case, Cupid and the Stag [Berg 1-28]. -- Sixth plate seated portrait of a young soldier holding a long barrel Colt Police revolver with both hands and wearing a clearly visible breast plate and oval "US" belt plate. (Some mottling and other imperfections along with scratching around mat opening; unsealed.) Housed in a patriotic Union case, Constitution and the Laws [1-56] (nicking, chipping to edges and roughness to surface). -- Sixth plate standing portrait of a mustached infantryman wearing fatigue shirt, forage cap, breast plate and belt plate, and holding a Springfield rifle musket. (Significant darkening and scratches throughout; unsealed.) Housed in a Rare Union case, The Fireman [1-95] (non-functioning closure, loose hinge, nicking, chipping) together with a tintype portrait of a woman. -- Together, 3 tintype portraits of soldiers.
