Housed in a Union case with figural design (velvet pad appears to be a replacement as it does not fill up front cover interior, non-functioning closure, nicking and chipping). -- Sixth plate ambrotype portrait of a standing soldier holding a bayonetted long gun. He wears gloves and a rather dark, fitted uniform, suggesting that he is probably European. (Image with chemical deterioration, darkening, and some loss; unsealed.) Housed in a leatherette case (surface wear). -- And 2 others, including one ambrotype and one tintype. Conditions vary, neither in full case. -- Together, 5 sixth plate images of soldiers.
