** Smith & Wesson Model 15-3 Revolver

.38 Special. 4" barrel length. SN: K997384. Blued metal finish with casehardened hammer and trigger and mounting adjustable target rear and matted front ramp sights. Double action hand ejector revolver with six-shot cylinder and a pinned barrel. The revolver shows the standard make and model markings including the MOD. 15-3 to the interior frame, four-line address on the right frame and the Smith & Wesson trademark on the sideplate. Comes with a pair of black rubber UNCLE/MIKES grips.

Condition Report

Very Good. Bore is Very Bright with sharp rifling throughout. The metal finish shows some light muzzle wear, some scattered light mars, and a pattern of brown patina flecking to the sideplate. A further spot of brown patina has formed at the left frame. The finish on the hammer is strong with the trigger showing some wear and spots of gray patina forming. The rear sideplate screw head is deformed, with the remaining two screws showing signs of removal. The grips have few light mars. Action times and indexes correctly.
