[NAVY]. A pair of large format albumen portraits of naval officers with distinct facial hair, comprising:

6 1/2 x 7 7/8 in. albumen portrait (light spotting, wear to edges and corners, adhesive residue to verso). Two naval masters with striking mutton chops pose affectionately next to one another, each wearing a double-breasted frock coat with sleeve and shoulder insignia. -- 6 3/4 x 9 1/8 in. albumen vignetted portrait on cardstock mount (spotting within image field, adhesive residue and ripping to paper image, mount, and verso). The same naval master from the right side of the previous image is featured alone, wearing what appears to be the same uniform and facial hair style. -- Together, 2 albumen portraits of seamen.
