** Winchester Model 1894
.32-40 WCF. 21.5" barrel length. SN: 252516 (Mfg. ca.1902). Buffed bright finish overall with half length tube magazine, smooth walnut stocks and crescent shaped butt. Lever action internal tube magazine fed repeating rifle mounting replaced adjustable rear notch and front blade sights. The tang is marked MODEL 1894/-WINCHESTER-/TRADE MARK. Retains the caliber mark on the rear barrel. Barrel address on the round barrel reads MANUFACTURED BY THE WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO./NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S.A. PAT AUG. 21, 1894.
