Lot Description
[CIVIL WAR]. A group of 2 Abbott & Co. sixteenth plate tintypes of Generals Louis Blenker and Winfield Scott. 

Sixteenth plate tintype portrait of General Louis Blenker (few small surface nicks to plate, with mat preserver but no cover glass). Housed in thermoplastic Union case with geometric/scroll design (chipping to corners and edges). Accompanied by green card with printed identification and photographer information on recto. Service record written in pencil on back of the card.

[With:] Sixteenth plate tintype portrait of Lieutenant General Winfield Scott (scattered spots to plate, with mat preserver and cover glass). Housed in full pressed paper case (some surface scuffing). Accompanied by green card with printed identification and photographer information on recto.
