MFG. CO. HARTFORD. CT. U.S.A., while the left frame shows the patent dates -PAT. JULY. 25. 1871-/-PAT. JULY. 2. 1872.-. Serial numbers on gripstraps, cylinder, barrel, and frame all match. Revolver mounts a replacement wedge pin of modern construction, and replaced wedge pin and ejector rod housing screws. Arbor pin was replaced and its assembly number matches that of the loading gate. The tip of the arbor pin has been filed down to fit.
