Silvered US Model 1851 Sword Belt Plate Engraved to A.C. Kennedy with Tooled Leather Belt
Silvered cast brass Eagle motif rectangular belt plate measuring 3.18" x 2.15" engraved A.C. KENNEDY along the top boarder edge. Overall length with keeper is 3.6". Tongue on rear measures .78" long and .54" wide. The plate is mounted on a thin tooled leather floral motif belt that is 2.15" wide and appears to have been modified from its original buckle configuration to add this belt plate.
